These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ar77 ("ar77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at ar77.cam. ar77 is an English-language online gaming information platform designed for Pakistani users and operated for informational and entertainment purposes.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the ar77 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines, rules or policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To register for and use an account on the ar77 Platform, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times:

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. ar77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. You must notify ar77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

5.2 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to maintain only one account on the ar77 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any bonuses, credits or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

5.3 Account Accuracy

All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Your registered name must match the name on the identity document used for KYC verification. Discrepancies identified during the verification process may result in account suspension pending resolution. ar77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.

You agree to use the ar77 Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The Platform is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that:

7.1 Payment References

References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL online banking, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar reference points for Pakistani users only. ar77 does not represent that these payment providers permit gambling-related transactions. 7.2 Currency

7.3 Deposit Responsibility

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ar77 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in registering multiple accounts.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, collusion or match-fixing.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities or game malfunctions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or ar77 staff through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any ar77 Content without prior written authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions where these apply.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or assisting in the processing of such funds.

All Content on the ar77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the intellectual property of ar77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any Platform Content without prior written consent from ar77.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital environment.
• Use data mining, scraping, crawling or similar automated data-gathering tools on the Platform without explicit written authorisation.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained in Platform Content.

All rights not expressly granted by ar77 under these Terms are reserved. Any unauthorised use of Platform Content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar77, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Content.

ar77 provides the Platform and all Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

In particular, ar77 makes no representations or warranties that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any Content on the Platform is accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose.
• Any illustrative financial figures, RTP percentages, bonus amounts or jackpot totals represent guaranteed outcomes.
• Any linked operator's services, products or payment methods will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ar77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ar77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 12.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements necessitating closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ar77 support. Upon account closure, any pending transactions will be processed in accordance with the operator's terms and applicable law. ar77 reserves the right to retain certain personal data after account closure in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations and applicable data retention laws.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar77 is incorporated or operates, as applicable. ar77 does not operate under a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan or any Pakistani authority.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial legislation may restrict or prohibit online gambling activity. ar77 does not provide legal advice on this matter. Pakistani users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

Any disputes arising between you and ar77 should first be submitted to ar77 support for resolution. If resolution cannot be achieved through direct contact, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

ar77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made to these Terms, ar77 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — which may include displaying a notice on the Platform, updating the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page, or sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 15.
